Ed's kayaking tour made our vacation! He's a genuine, people loving person with years of experience to show. He brings along a camera so you don't have to worry about bringing your own, and he's an excellent photographer. My girlfriend and I came a few days before tourist season so the waters were cold so Ed gave us wet suits and gear at no extra charge. He also had our safety in mind as the wind was picking up in some areas. We didn't get to see the Sea Caves because of this, however Ed knew how badly we wanted to see them and gave us a fantastic discount for our next visit which we are already planning on. What we did see was a bay area with plenty of wildlife. On our trip we saw crane ducklings and their parents guarding them closely. Highly recommend taking this tour!
The best kayaking group experience ever. The one price covers 7 miles of kayaking, a lesson in kayaking paddle strokes and safety, a tour of caves, a picnic lunch on a secluded beach and group and individual pictures are FREE! The pictures really make for a memorable trip. Your guide is the best and so kibd and funny!
We didn't have the best service. We had to pick them up ourselves. They originally told us they would deliver in 30 minutes. However it turned into an extra hour and a half. Then the guy came to pick them up an hour early. They never went over safety procedures. Then the guy tried to charge us an extra $85 for a scratch on the bottom of akayak that we didn't do. He said it was "brand new", yet there were already black marks before we got the kayak. We had fun on Madeline Island, just didn't enjoy this service.
Good location, good view, great staff!! Watched sunrises and sunsets from our deck. They surprised my wife with a bottle of wine to enjoy in front of the fireplace for her birthday. Great people!
Had a great time on the red cliff tour, 2.5 hours was about right for me.
