Wonderful exceptionally helpful staff. Beautiful museum. Looking for info on Ojibwe ancestors and their pictures were on exhibit and books in the shop about them. Wow!!!
Nice tiny museum with many work tools from the past.
Actually if you're low on money I don't know if it's worth the 8$ ticket for such a short visit. The modern part is totally not worth it, fortunately there are some nicer rooms in the original part of the musuem.
In my opinion, next to the nature on Madeline Island, this museum is the next best thing. Great overview of history and life on the island.
